This policy explains what information InderAstro (“we”) collects on inderastro.shop, why, and how we protect it. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored encrypted) when you register.
- Birth details: date, time and place of birth that you add for your readings.
- Chat messages: the questions you ask and the astrologer’s replies.
- Order details: billing name, address, phone and the items you buy. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed for login, cart and security.
How we use it
- To prepare your astrology reading and reply in your chat.
- To process orders, deliver products and send order emails.
- To keep your account secure and prevent fraud.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your birth details or chat messages with anyone except as needed to run the site (for example our hosting provider) or when required by law.
Who can see your chat
Only you and the astrologer. Other clients cannot see your messages or details.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart and protect the site. If you leave a comment, your browser may store your name and email so you do not need to type them again.
How long we keep data
Account and chat data are kept while your account is active so you can return to past readings. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and chat history at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, by writing to us through the chat in your account or by replying to any order email. Logged-in users can also edit their details under My Account.
Embedded content and third parties
Pages may include content from other websites (such as videos). These sites may collect data about you as if you visited them directly. Our payment gateway processes payments under its own privacy policy.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
