These terms apply to your use of inderastro.shop (“InderAstro”, “we”, “us”) and to every consultation you book on it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
Our service
InderAstro provides Vedic astrology consultations through private one-to-one chat on this website. You book a consultation by buying one of the consultation packages listed on the site. Each package shows its price and duration before you pay.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book a consultation.
- You must give accurate details, including your mobile number and birth details. A reading can only be as accurate as the birth date, time and place you provide.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
Payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on the product page and at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We never see or store your card, UPI or net-banking details.
- Your chat session is activated automatically once the payment is confirmed.
- Discount codes and offers are subject to the conditions shown with them, and may be withdrawn at any time. Introductory offers are limited to one per person and per mobile number.
Consultations
- The duration of a package is the consultation time you have booked. The astrologer will tell you in the chat when the booked time is ending.
- Please keep your questions respectful. We may end a session without refund if a user is abusive or misuses the service.
Important disclaimer
Astrology offers guidance based on traditional interpretation. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Decisions you take after a consultation are your own responsibility, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
Refunds and delivery
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and delivery of the service by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

How we collect and protect your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it was updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
