Consultations on InderAstro are delivered online by private chat on this website. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.
- Your chat is activated automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
- You can open it any time from the Chat with Astrologer page or from My Account.
- The astrologer replies personally in the chat. Replies are usually given within a few hours during support hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST).
- If your chat is not active within 1 hour of a successful payment, please contact us and we will activate it or refund you.
Crystals and gemstones
Where physical products such as crystals are offered, they are shipped within India only. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days and are usually delivered within 5 to 10 working days of dispatch, depending on your location. Tracking details are shared by email once the order is dispatched.
